The First 1000 Days
Supporting parents from pregnancy through early parenthood with empowering antenatal education, baby bonding through movement, and regular meetups with the same group throughout the early days. By removing financial barriers, we help families build an internal support network, strengthen their bond with the baby and protect perinatal mental wellbeing.

Clay Connections
Building on The First 1000 Days, Clay Connections offers a calm, creative space to explore feelings during pregnancy and return after birth to celebrate life, family and the bond with baby. Through shared making and meaningful keepsakes, families can reconnect with the same community, reflect on their journey and continue building supportive relationships.

Nurture Move & Wellbeing
Supporting children through inclusive movement, mindful activities and small-group sessions that nurture confidence, emotional wellbeing and positive relationships with physical activity. By reducing financial and social barriers, we create welcoming opportunities for children to move, connect, build self-belief and enjoy being active at their own pace.

REAL IMPACT. REAL PEOPLE
What our community tells us
Listening to the families we support helps us understand what matters most, shape our programmes, and keep improving the support we offer.
I absolutely loved both baby massage and baby yoga that I was able to attend through this project! With being on mat leave and having a much lower income it meant I could get out with my baby, give him new experiences and I was also able to connect with other mums, which is so needed when you have a new baby! The classes were in my local village and it was just so convenient for us. Both instructors were so lovely and welcoming and gave space for the mums to get to know each other during the class too.

I attended both the antenatal / hypnobirthing class and the baby massage class. I found the antenatal classes brilliant. Baby massage has been so much fun, connecting with other mums and their little ones has been the best part - sharing mum life and getting advice from one another as we take the classes has been so lovely. The fact I have been able to access these courses for free is amazing - I have benefited so much as I know the other families have too - long may these invaluable classes continue to support new parents!

I completed the hypnobirthing course, and it was brilliant. So informative and helpful, and I truly believe that I had such a positive birth experience due to the techniques and tools I learnt at this course. I was able to take what I learned and adapt it to suit me. I had a beautiful labour and birth, even with the little assistance needed, I felt I was in control and able to make choices which were right for me, I felt confident in asking questions to the doctors and saying no and waiting.
